Descrição do Cargo:

As a member of the management team, the Operations Manager will have primary responsibility for their São Paulo Office daily operations, systems management and financial management. This is a full time position. The firm has grown significantly in Brazil in recent years of operations across many areas, number of clients, and size of our team. Our systems and operations have grown in accordance. We are determined to build upon our success by adding a member to our team who will primarily focus on internal operations. We are seeking an individual who has solid business skills, with ability to manage the financial details of a small business. The position requires a candidate who is adept at managing systems and directing human resources, and who possesses technology capability and the ability to manage daily operations of a multi-faceted team. This position will report to one of the Senior Partners headquartered in US and will support the whole firm’s work. The Operations Manager position requires a comprehensive set of skills and abilities, but the following have been identified as priorities: Highly organized, Systems thinker, Business management skills and Ability to be a flexible member of a fast paced team

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred from top Brazilian schools (FGV prefered).
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operational best practices.
  • Highly organized.
  • Thinks strategically and creatively.
  • Leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major initiatives.
  • Genuine, forthright and operates with integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance and to look at situations from several points of view.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor Adminstration degree and/or MBA from well known Universities – FGV (preferably) 60% 60%
