Descrição do Cargo:
We are seeking Senior professional focused on Business Operations and Strategy to be responsible for the articulation of our client corporate strategy and the optimization of their internal processes and practices to support our continued growth.  The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership of the company to put in place Brazil scalable business infrastructure, practices and policies and to bring rigorous, repeatable approaches to their major business decisions. He/she will proactively identify opportunities to accelerate growth or improve profitability through operational excellence, and lead tactical initiatives through leading a team of analysts and project managers in proportion to the opportunities identified.  Keys to success in this role will include detail orientation, independent analytic and data assembly skills, collaboration skills, process improvement mindset and expertise.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Graduated from top MBA school in Brazil: FGV (a plus)
  • Track record leading and scaling internal teams
  • Budgeting, operations and planning experience
  • Track record of establishing and managing controls and infrastructure for a growth business
  • Experience with B2B software business models is a plus
  • Highly motivated, over achiever, team player, facilitator
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/mindset, flexibility toward dynamic change
  • Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
  • Bachelor Adminstration degree and/or MBA from well known Universities – FGV (preferably) 65% 65%
