Engagement Manager, Supply Chain

Descrição do Cargo:

As an engagement manager you will support clients in addressing supply chain challenges to help them transform and build world-class supply chain capabilities. You will consult with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success.  In this role, you will plan, organize, and lead operations tasks and projects, conduct independent analyses, and ensure quality of client deliverables. Use your knowledge of industry and market trends and best practices in developing insights and providing recommendations. Construct analytical frameworks and work steps for each assignment and meet with the client to assure assignment process. Develop conclusions and recommendations  and provide implementation assistance as required. Contribute to the firm’s knowledgebase by developing and improving various frameworks and methodologies within supply chain. Help position the firm for new business opportunities, and focus marketing efforts to expand existing business and sell-on/ cross-sell work.

Esta posição é baseada na Grande São Paulo.

Desired Skills & Experience:


Graduated from top MBA school in Brazil: FGV(preferable)

Executives with experience in Sourcing

Demonstrated negotiating experience as well as an understanding of supplier capabilities.

knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, procedures, and contractual language.

Ability to do quick assessments to understand client processes and business objectives.

Ability to meet multiple deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of completeness and accuracy.

Availability to travel.

Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams

Project management and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience in leading teams.

Influencing skills and the ability to manage and effectively solve complex issues

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus

  • Bachelor Adminstration degree and/or MBA from well known Universities – FGV (preferably) 60% 60%
