Descrição do Cargo:
We are seeking a senior executive to lead on the smooth operational running and business development of our client operations by ensuring customer service excellence in every area of work. Strategic development of the marketing and communications work to include our online and offline presence. Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties include the Taking the lead on developing excellent Customer Service provision to our the customers; manage and monitor the Customer Service team to ensure high quality service provision and achievement of both financial and non-financial targets; implement and monitor complaints and feedback systems, handled according to the company standards; support our Exams business in relation to Customer Service tasks; ensure data and records are kept fully and accurately with appropriate analysis provided regularly to inform strategic decision-making; manage the provision of services to hire employees when needed. Other main activities also include Marketing And Communications, Brand growth, Performance Management, Audience data collection coordinator

Desired Skills & Experience:

Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable).
Desirable experience designing and monitoring marketing campaigns
Professionals who have customer service and Latin American expertise (Brazil) – at least 3 years of professional experience – based in Brazil
Seasoned Latin America specialists to review content (could be academic and/or practitioners)
Finance management
Project Management
Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus

  • Technical, oral and written communication skills 75% 75%
