The Company combines a highly analytical approach with hands-on management to deliver superior risk-adjusted results for investors and clients. In addition, Equity Management offers a wide range of personalized consulting services and assists owners to achieve desired results.


Descrição do Cargo:

We are looking for a Senior, experienced, seasoned candidate to be responsible for a team of nine to ensure the accurate and timely deliverance of financial data. Reporting to the Headquartered CFO in the US, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the preparation of both monthly management and year end statutory accounts; formulating budgets, forecasts and business plans; managing the Groups’s stock, debtors, creditors and cash balances; and supporting the development and execution of the Group’s go-to-market strategy. The position also requires you to play an active role in embedding a risk management culture throughout the organization and take the lead in implementing a new IT system for the business. Our customer requires someone with excellent communication skills as a large part of the position involves liaising with the Board Members as well as strong leadership skills as you will be managing and motivating the Financial Reporting team and helping the firm to achieve annual goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, efficient with excellent attention to detail. Have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Both highly independent and self-directed and a good team worker and collaborator, follows and develops existing ways of working, milestones and deadlines, Able to work quickly and accurately and handle multiple tasks. Able to work as part of a team. As the company is constantly evolving, the successful candidate should be willing to adapt and grow within the role. Drive cost center reporting and queries. The ideal candidate should be a thoughtful problem-solver, willing collaborator, and creative thinker who can motivate and focus a team on both long and short-term goals.

Strong leadership skills

An effective multi-tasker able to organize, delegate, generate enthusiasm, manage, and implement a variety of programs in a fast-paced environment

Experience with audit, legal compliance and budget development

Demonstrated experience with financial analysis

Employee will need to maintain pricing models, etc., and must be able to work with senior members of management to make product and pricing decisions.

Experience effectively communicating key data and financial results to all customers of operating financial information

Further academic generalist background in recognized schools in Brazil – FGV (preferable) is a plus.

Must have fluency in English.

Experience overseeing human resources is preferred.

Experience reporting to investors is desirable, and this position will need to report to outside investor on a quarterly basis.

Strategic and operational planning, corporate governance, fiscal planning and cash flow optimization, accounting, financial management and administrative systems, quality assurance and efficiency improvements, procurement and logistics management

Experience with consumer products strongly preferred.

This position will be very hands-on, our client has an entrepreneurial way to business and expects everyone wears multiple hats and performs multiple functions to get the job done.
