We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to be a critical contributor to the overall success of the company by evolving the enterprise marketing function in alignment with the company’s growth imperatives. This individual will be reporting to the Gerneral Manager in Brazil, working closely with the executive leadership to optimize the business by shaping the company’s public profile, managing complexity and building new market capabilities. Responsibilities includes the development of the enterprise strategic plan that aligns with overall vision and business strategy. To serve as a business partner and a trusted advisor to the CEO and the executive leadership team. Create and implement a “Best-in-Class” Marketing strategy that allows business performance as well as balances efficiency, effectiveness and overall costs. Develop and mature a strong Marketing and Communications organization that delivers leading-edge go-to-market strategies, understands client consumption and optimizes existing delivery channels to the organization.Evolve and enable a winning culture within the marketing organization that values and rewards performance, accountability, ethics and people. Providing strategic marketing solutions through use of data analytics/systems. Be a thought leader and design innovative approaches for overall effectiveness and flexibility that maximizes the capability of our people.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Economics or Engineering. Post Grad is a plus – FGV (prefered).
  • knowledge of marketing principles, product and service management, sales and business development.
  • knowledge of both traditional and modern marketing principles and applications.
  • Understanding social media marketing communication channels.
  • Takes initiative with high energy and a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Possesses both the imagination to innovate and the courage to implement – willing to take risks and to champion ideas.
  • Strives to always do the right thing. A player/coach mentality with both the direct team
  • Business acumen – including P&L, Pricing, ROI and other elements
  • Ability to clearly understand the technical capacity needs of our industry and organization.
  • Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
  • Bachelor Adminstration degree and/or MBA from well known Universities – FGV (preferably) 60% 60%
  • Understanding social media marketing 70% 70%
  • Business acumen – including P&L 80% 80%
