Our client is among the largest consumer goods company worldwide with huge operation in Brazil and South America. It has the most diversified portfolio of brands in the country, including predominantly leading brands in their respective segments. Operate in three business lines; Drugs, Consumer Goods and Personal Care, developing, producing and selling products that are part of an entire portfolio of brands. The firm sales and distribute nationwide, with operations in retail channels and pharmaceutical industries. Each of their business has a dedicated and specialized sales force, consisting of coordinator teams supported by a network of promoters visiting sales points in order to promote the products. The portfolio of brands and products with established demand that historically has provided a solid cash flow. This client has a management team and shareholders with extensive experience and expertise in the consumer goods industry. With extensive experience in identifying, attracting, acquiring and integrating businesses, recently has adopted as growth strategy a combination of organic growth with acquisitions in order to expand our portfolio of brands and products.

Descrição do Cargo:

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the Business Transformation organization which includes the Information Technology and LATAM Business Process teams. In this role he or she will responsible for overseeing the team that manages the company’s existing systems and builds out new solutions for the business. The ideal candidate will develop and implement solutions that couple process transformation with technology to drive growth and productivity for the business. This position ensures that each initiative is well designed and implemented. The role provides expert advice and coaching to initiative leads and initiative teams to ensure best-practice execution of the company approach for initiatives. Facilitates the identification of timelines, dashboards and financial scorecards for each initiative to keep executive leaders current on progress and potential red flags.

Supports large-scale enterprise-wide projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing business challenges and achieving organizational goals and objectives. Integrates how the big picture of the initiatives comes together from definition through implementation on implications across the business.

Ensures the right initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized throughout the enterprise.

Gives advice and counsels leaders without owning the projects themselves in order to ensure the steps, tracking and expectations are consistent.

Champions project management disciplines and provides the processes, structures, and tools for individual project management and program management across the transformation.

Provides a governance structure. The role ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.

The key result areas are business service strategy/planning, project strategy/planning, communication and change management, and continuous improvement performance management.

Supports initiative teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes. Surfaces capacity, pacing, resourcing issues and any other red flag issues needing leadership attention.

The director role leads acquisition and integration for short and long-term strategy development. It provides strategic leadership through facilitating or advising strategy development while demonstrating foresight, conceptual capability and environmental market awareness.

Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications. Ensures timelines are adhered to for initiatives by keeping executives aware of any red flags concerning the timing or integration process.

Desired Skills & Experience:
    • Graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Engineering. Post-Graduation in Finance and I.T. is very desirable (FGV preferable).


  • Is desirable if he or she has prior experience in a variety of industries including Consumer Products, Retail, and Manufacturing.



  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and client relationship;



  • Budget management skills & experience;



  • Experience on program / project management delivery



  • Experience in service delivery environments



  • Experience in handling relationships with 3rd parties



  • Team leadership and team building skills



  • Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus



  • MBA from well known Universities – FGV (preferably) 75% 75%
