We are seeking a driven, high energy, dynamic business development professional who thrives on success and enjoys the thrill of delivering dramatic growth to an organization. A skilled presenter, you will be accomplished in building strong relationships with customers and our client team, and in creating and executing strategic plans. This position reports to our President and Growth Director. Specific responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Lead the design and implementation of business development and selling strategies for the Company to ensure that the growth goals are achieved. Sales, Marketing and Developing of new clients: The role requires the ideal candidate to consistently develop and populate existing clients. S/he will implement the proven startup process of each set of new clients and interact with and identify senior level prospects within the business community and appropriate community associations.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable).
  • Connecting, not just communicating, is at the top of the skill list in the role for this position – especially because the clients have more experience in high level business communications. This means the clients you will be accountable holds you to a higher standard.
  • To effectively communicate, the ideal candidate should be: able to engage in interpersonal communications; facilitate communication within clients; understand distinctions between verbal and nonverbal communication; understand emotional context of communication; master basic presentation skills.
  • Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
  • MBA from well known Universities – FGV (preferably) 60% 60%

  • Technical, oral and written communication skills 75% 75%
