Our client, a busy entertainment agency is seeking a Senior Business Development executive for their team based in Sao Paulo/Brazil. The ideal candidate should have good communications skills, willingnes to work with clients within the entertainment industry. The role requires a strategic thinker. Above all the individual must be able to deal at director level to open new doors with presentation skills to match. Responsibilities includes the identification and development of new Clients as part of new business development; Keep the brand’s service proposition fresh and aligned to the marketplace; Achieve brand financial targets; Think strategically across both Clients and the service proposition; The successful management & development of key Client relationships; Proactively add value to the client briefs and where appropriate challenge. Lead and develop the campaign briefs and strategy.

Esta posição é baseada na Grande São Paulo.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable).
  • Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and direction
  • Ability to communicate at Director level, be analytical and creative in approach
  • Ability to manage a team and get the best results through leading by example
  • Hard working, flexible and ambitious who wants to grow
  • A comprehensive understanding of creative services and marketing deliverables
  • Project management skills plus an ability to multi-task
  • Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
  • MBA from well known Universities – FGV (preferably) 60% 60%
