Our customer was founded in late 80’s and is the largest combined software developer and consulting firm in mid-west USA. Our client is a global technology solutions and services company specializing in a whole set of mobile solutions that encompass (but not limited) to Enterprise Web, Big Data, Test Engineering, Mobility and Business Intelligence/Data Management. It designs, develops and implements secure, robust and scalable software and mobile solutions that power businesses of all sizes, government agencies and non-profit organizations. They are well known for having skilled a growing pool of subject matter experts, architects, designers, developers, and implementation specialists with experience in developing business critical solutions utilizing best of breed architecture. Their growing customer list includes major labels in the hi-tech, retail, consumer and healthcare domains.

Descrição do Cargo:

This team reports to the CEO Office, and is responsible for the go-to-market due diligence, sales model validation as well as overall post diligence integration activities for Latin America sales and partnering organizations. The team functions primarily as a program management office, but also owns specific sales and consulting integration activities, including but not limited to: employee mapping/offers, incentive compensation structuring for incoming sales organization, creation of sales and consulting enablement plan, monitoring of deal flow, sales pipeline migration, and customer contract data migration. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Management, Corporate Development, Sales leaders, and other Line of Business stakeholders to define the operating model and integration strategies. He/She will plan, manage and lead overall Sales integration, which includes the alignment and enablement of Sales employees and development of budgets.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Degree on renowed schools in Brazil – MBA and/or FGV, will be considered a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results driven and detail oriented
  • Willingness to experiment, invite and explore potential new ideas while understanding the risks to the organization
  • Able to interact with all levels of management to determine solutions, resolve issues, and present recommendations at a senior level
  • English and Portuguese
