We are looking for a Senior executive to establish and execute cross-functional processes to support our current and future goals and objectives for our client. He/She will provide insight and recommendations for improvement in all areas of pipeline management, sales forecasts, and productivity throughout Brazil office. Further responsibilities include: forecast hiring needs for the sales departments and manage sales budget and expenditures; Build long term relationships with employees, clients and Stakeholders; Create a standardized outreach for current and future customers and coordinate its implementation across construction channels and customer management and establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting
Esta posição é baseada na Grande São Paulo.
Graduation in well known Brazilian University is very desirable.
Work experience as a sales/revenue or other senior role
Ability on building, mentoring, motivating, and leading high performance cross-functional sales teams and attracting and retaining top Talent
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory. Brazilian Native.
